By sending payment for a commission, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms of service, and are 18 years of age or older.

 

If you have any questions, please address them before entering into this contract. These terms are subject to change at any time, and you will be expected to have reviewed them before each commission.


How to Commission Me

You may send me a note with any questions regarding the commission process, if I have time to do something, interested in doing something, ect.


I will not consider a order actually placed until you have contacted me, and I have received payment for the order

I will respond to your commission request as soon as possible.

I will only work with one client per commission, so group work must be commissioned through a single representative. I cannot be held responsible if a third party is not satisfied with work that has been approved by the representing client. For any commission involving characters not owned by the client, I reserve the right to contact all involved parties to confirm that the client has permission to purchase art of their character(s).

I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

The client is welcome to inquire about their commission at any time, and I will always respond as soon as I am able.


Payment

Payment must be made in full before any part of the commission is started. Payment options may be made privately but I do not start work until it is paid in full.
Payments are to be made through paypal, CashApp, or Venmo only, unless otherwise discussed.

Full or partial payment must be made in order to hold a commission spot.

Any quoted price I give is only valid for up to 7 days. At that point if payment is not received, prices are subject to change.


Completion Time

If you would like to know a estimated completion time please ask. I can not guarantee that the commission will be done at exactly that time, as things do come up in my life that require my attention, but I will get as close to that time as I possibly can.

 

If I feel like I am unable to complete your commission by the date that I originally told you it would be completed on, I will message you explaining the situation. I do not offer money back for commissions being later than expected.

 

I will not offer completion times unless you ask me.

 

If you need a commission done before a certain date, please say so in your original message to me. Otherwise I will complete it as I see fit.


WIPs and Revisions

WIPs (work in progress) are not provided automatically. If you would like a WIP please tell me before paying for your commission. Please use the words "I would like WIPs, please" when ordering your commission, otherwise I will complete your commission as originally described to me.

 

I will NOT provide multiple sketches for the client to choose from.

After asking for WIPs, you are allowed 2 revisions during the sketching process. These are revisions, not full redraws. After the shading and coloring process has begun no more revisions to lines or pose will be made. 1 revision to coloring can be made, more if the mistake was made by me.

If any other revisions are required after the commission has been finished, there may be an extra fee.


Cancellation and Refunds

I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. If I cancel a commission a full refund will be made, unless it is resulting from harassment of client, in which case I will refund only the value of the work that is unfinished.

After the commission has been ordered and paid for, I start the sketching process right away, so no refunds will be made after the payment has been recieved unless cancelled by me.
I do not refund any money after commission has been finished for any reason.


Usage Rights

As the creator, I retain all rights to my artwork in accordance with US copyright law, unless explicitly stated otherwise. This means I can use and reproduce it for personal and commercial use, such as prints, merchandise, or advertisement. Full image rights can be purchased by the client for an additional fee.
I grant permission for the client or any person whose personal character is featured in the artwork to repost a low resolution copy of their piece for personal use, as long as proper credit is given. Proper credit consists of a link to my FurAffinity Front Page. For digital art, a full resolution copy of the piece will be provided solely for the personal enjoyment of the client, as well as a lower resolution version intended for uploading. The client may use the full resolution image to make prints for personal use only, but may not sell or distribute the file or any reproductions. I will not provide a unwatermarked version of the commission to anyone at any time.
No resale of my digital art is permitted. The client may not transfer any rights granted to them by these terms to a third party without my explicit written permission. If any character depicted in my work is sold or otherwise changes ownership, my art may not be used as incentive or advertisement for that transaction. I reserve the right to have any unauthorized use of my art removed from public display.
The client may not modify the piece in any way, except to crop or resize it for use as a personal icon or wallpaper. The client must ask my permission if they would like to color the piece, or have someone else color it.
If you want me to wait on posting your art to the internet until a given date please state it, otherwise the art will be posted as I see fit.

I do not offer private commissions (commissions in which I can not post online, use for advertising, or merchandise)
